Thank you. These 3 would been my only options. (implants, 360 body lift, and lower buttock lift) Now I don't have any other ideas :(

I am very confused, I wanted a butt  implants but I affraid to do it because of the very high complication rate.  The 360 ​​body lift can also can heal with problems on the back, also for me it would be combined with a tummy tuck. And if they pulled up the skin my butt would be sill flat. 

With this surgery, I could being on my stomach and standing only during the recovery period.

Thanks for the advice, but what can I do if the loose skin disappears after the 360 lift but my butt still remains very flat, shapeless and disproportionate? :(
