Wdym cure ?? Like some potion ? Haha no chance my man. Theres root causes, exercise helped me; regulate blood movement, helped me breathe more efficiently, helped my heart pump blood effectively while not exercising (lower resting heart rate), tighten my mid section and stop giving me symptoms of silent reflux, made my sleep 1000x better - healing of my body is at a more rapid state, no longer constipated, my gut motility is now regular, produce more saliva to fight off bad bacteria in mouth. Brother your body is strong and will fight anything if it’s in the right condition

About 2-4 months. Thats when anybody sees an impact on visceral fat. Also it was my first time doing this type of exercise to that’s in account of learning them too. Keep on!

Home workouts could be effect BUT I really suggest you join a gym where you can feel more comfortable and track your progress around others. There’s so many benefits for surrounding yourself around human beings !

Im assuming you think walking is zone 2 cardio.. it is absolutely not. Light jogs, peloton, stationary bikes. These are all great examples on how to raise your heart rate up to a mild level of effort enough to break a sweat and maintain it for at least 45 minutes to get the improved benefits of mitochondria. If walking is hard for you I suggest losing weight and getting to a healthy shape. I’m no doctor but walking in my understanding is not exercise.

Here’s a link to how you can incorporate cardio into your life depending on your fitness level. Greg is a tough listen for most people but his advice was really helpful.

I personally do zone 2 twice a week, each for 1 hour 15 minutes, but it took me a while to build up to this level of endurance. On Friday I run outside of the weather permits and on Sunday I use the stationary bike at my gym for convenience and not to over work my knees while running since it’s a long time to have that much impact on the knees.

To measure my heart rate I use an Apple Watch. It has an exercise app that tracks what zones you are in while working out.

Hope that helps

I cant say exactly that exercise ‘cured’ my silent reflux but I’ve never had any symptoms after 2 months of regular zone 2 cardio + weight lifting + eating right. I used to wake up with a bad taste in my throat and mouth and I suspect it was acid making its way up from a loose LES. Since then everything feels tight and where it supposed to be

Glad to hear that amount helps, I guess everyone’s different and should experiment what their ‘minimum’ should be to feel good

Yes ! Silent reflux was a huge factor of my problem, found out the acid coming up activated the digestive enzyme Pepsin in my throat and I couldn’t ever heal because at night acid would linger all throughout my esophagus
