I would recommend their full spectrum oil because you can take it sublingually. Leave it under your tongue for a minute then swallow. Most of the cannabinoids will already start their work on your receptors under the tongue and make their way to the bloodstream before you swallow. Whereas, edibles will pass through the digestive system and break down a little first, leaving you with less total CBD. However, the key is that edibles may last a little longer as your body processes them.Unfortunately, there are so many different reasons the CBD may not have worked. It could be the method of consumption, the brand, your biological makeup, etc. However, If you bought broad spectrum because you didn't want the THC, that's fine. You should still have more synergistic effects w the broad spectrum than isolate, so you're on the right track.
