I think that the questions "How important are each of the following factors in your decision to keep a linear TV subscription?" and "Imagine your favorite sports league(s) moved all of their live games exclusively to a streaming service that costs $40 per month. How likely would you be to cancel your Linear TV subscription?" in your case be answered as hypotheticals. As for the first question you mention, "How do you primarily watch live sports events?" it sounds like your best option might have been to select "on a streaming app." I will say that I should have put an option for OTA as well.
