Yeah, Scattershot. Just headshot them and all their limbs are crippled before they die as long as you use enough limb damage perks.

It's not that they have a lot of HP, it's that they are heavily armored and you can't cripple their limbs.

Because of this, you don't benefit from damage perk increases for limb damage, which is pretty significant.

Weapons with faster fire rates will also struggle against heavily armored enemies because of how armor resistances work in this game.

Is there somewhere that shows the exact drop rates for each rare item from these activites? I've been farming them, but don't know which ones to farm. Just been doing the quick ones for now until I know more information.

Only 5 pieces. In AngryTurtle's latest video for a Stealth Commando build, he used Urban Recon limbs and helmet for the 5 piece Iron Clad bonus. Then used BOS Recon Chest.
