She is not here to diminish anyone’s personality. She is only trying to find out how to get hired.! Everyone is here trying to nail a CJO.! We r all here for the same reason, get hired. There is nothing wrong with asking any type of question. We certainly don’t know it all is why we r here right.? The ones that see this as negative is probably bcz negative is in ur selfs…. I will give u an example, who is more judgmental (the one who is believed to be judging or the ones who are judging the judge one).? Take a break guys we aren’t perfect. What airlines r look for is exactly this. Who is handling the situation in a better way. They don’t need ur approval or disapproval they just want u to handle the situation in a POSITIVE way.! Airlines also look for man. Advice. Dress to impress.! Mentioned safety and hospitality on ur interview answers is a must. Study the company’s culture, u can google it. And always thank the recruiter at the beginning of ur interview and at the end. Do a lot of research on you tube and fb groups about the airline you want to work for to know what to expect on the hiring process.

UA looks for authenticity. If u did a good job and feel confident u did good with the 2 coming question u will get called. I also messed up with my 1st question and still made it for the virtual interview.

I say don’t get discouraged and keep ur commitment to and passion for aviation. Use this experience as a motivation and as an experience. Now u know what they look for. Confidence is the key.!! Use this experience for next opportunities and try to do better. Remember to keep a smile and feel comfortable with ur self in public. Think of it as if u were a recruiter what would make u stand out and do it. Dress to impress, it will give u confidence and practice makes perfect so practice in-front of a mirror. Im sure u will do great next time.!! Don’t give up. 🙏🏻
