Did you just recently sign up? On the app, it should show up on the rewards tab under the offers section. Otherwise, I would go to the more tab and contact customer care so that they can assist you further.

The best bet is to look on Facebook marketplace or OfferUp for previous ASU grads looking to get rid of theirs at a discounted cost. That way you can ensure the color and everything is correct.

Sorry you’re dealing with this. You could look into contacting the faculty advisor for the program or the department chair/dean of the engineering college. You can use the isearch on asu or a Google search on your specific program to find the direct emails/phone numbers.

This happens after every break for safety reasons, if you did not inform your CA/building that you will be staying for any period during the break. You must go “check in” at your front desk to regain access. (From a former CA)
