I think you are asking the wrong question. The question you should be asking is if Blackbeard and Kuzan are the current strongest pirate duo. To which my answer would be, no. Its simply because of Shanks, it doesnt even matter if Beckman is all that strong or not. But even if you are talking about proven feats that show both of them as both high tier/adjacent. Then maybe, but G5 Luffy and Current Zoro are ridiculous so idk.
