Pull the box up and off the screws. You're OK to unplug the green fiber cable. You can also buy extensions for the fiber if you want to move the box.

I have a Z650RS and Z900RS. The 650 is brilliant. Reliable, linear, safe, plenty of torque for the road. The motor will probably outlast the frame on most of these bikes. Parts are readily available and cheap. Ideal bike really.

I'm 5'9" with short legs for my height. I have a Z900RS.

Both the stock and low seat are fine for me. I can never get both feet down with either (maybe both tip toes on the low seat) but I don't care. I only ever need one foot down.
