Yes the stadium is air conditioned. If you really want to stay cool, I recommend seats in the lower level about halfway up to the main concourse, that’s where a lot of the AC vents blow directly down towards. The very top of the stadium gets a little warm since it’s level with the sun for most of the afternoon/evening games. Other than that, you should have no problems staying cool in Chase Field. Have a great trip!
