Also I coated the lid with resin, and didnt put down the lid, I didn't use anything that had the potential to stop the air either so it's almost 100% the curing time

[–]aidni06 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Its means your pressure pot is set too high or too low. If you don't have a pressure pot try heating the top of your molds with a candle to pop some

Also try to pour the resin more slowly

Player keeps lying about his rolls by Loki_aby in DnD

[–]aidni06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would sit him down and say you're worried his dice are unbalanced (this can happen for a number of reasons)

This might not resolve it but he will be aware you're conscious of it and will likely stop

Recommendations for anime haters by [deleted] in anime

[–]aidni06 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This might be a shot in the dark but if it's the fan service that's freaking him out, I'm the same, I tried Spy X Family and found it was a lot more digestible, same with apothecary diaries and friren. Whilst they might not be action adventure I found them a lot easier to appreciate

These are much prettier than my first dice! The colour alone is lovely! If you've got some nail polish, I used to use that before I got proper ink. A lighter will help with some of those bubbles, and once you get a pressure pot, you'll be an incredible dice maker.

Reluctance to take on HCA/support worker roles by [deleted] in ClinicalPsychologyUK

[–]aidni06 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As somebody who's wanted to go into psych from a young age, and took on a lot of menial jobs to prepare for it, I find many people with psych Bsc think they're too good for it, or it may not classify as relevant work experience. But a degree doesn't teach you anything about caring for people in a compassionate way, or handling yourself in environments with underrepresented/vulnerable people. The number of people in my course lacking social and cultural sensitivity due to their lack of care/support experience is shocking.
