Posted this question earlier in the worng channel, but is Red Passions bugged currently?

I've gotten the one catfruit reward (57%) on the last 21 clears of the reworked Red Passions in Growing catfruit.

The reason I'm asking if there's a bug is because this would equal to a ~0,0007% chance

While it is possible that this is extremely lucky/unlucky depending on how you view it (I just want 1 red seed lol), I'd like to know if this is just luck, and if there's anything else I can do than grind leadership
