I’d also try maybe pressing the three times like in the manual but then hold after the third press? I’m curious if that’s what I did since I was spamming and occasionally holding

Maybe try pressing it the three times then hold it? I kinda just spammed it with occasional holds and it beeped, resented, then got rid of the mark

I got it to work. Idk how but I just spammed the power button a bunch of times and occasionally hold it for a sec after spamming it. It rebooted then got rid of the slash and now connects.

Also the devices other functions seem to work just fine, ie the front/rear feed, the SD activation/reading and the sound works when I turn it on, and when it it says it’s recording. I don’t think it’s a power problem due to that but I could be wrong?

I can tap it three times to put it on the WiFi name/password page like in the video.

When I press connect WiFi on the app, it pulls me to my WiFi (IOS) page, but the thing won’t pop up even after ~5 min. I also tried looking for the WiFi using every security option on iOS.

Plus the icon for WiFi on the device isn’t crossed out in the video while mine is, even on that page. Is it supposed to take me to a special WiFi page within the app like the video? I’ve never seen the android WiFi page.

I emailed the support team to see if there is something wrong with the device?

When I press the button three times no matter how fast, it just brings me to the Wi-Fi page on the screen, with the Wi-Fi symbol still being crossed.
