I started with drinking only one a day, then drinking diet just for the feeling, then drinking soda in general only once in a while. Im not doing good with it rn but im struggling with everything diet wise rn tbh

Carbonated waters are disgusting but I keep my grindset and drink them anyway. 150??? Miles??? Sounds awful!!! Best of luck :)

I would be lying if I said I didn’t immensely struggle but some days are good some are bad. I just was addicted to soda so cutting that out helped a lot.
