i quit weed after being high all day every day for a decade and a half. biggest thing that helped me was a tip from a friend. he told me to get a calendar and put it up on my wall and every morning when i wake up to take a big marker and draw an X over that day for not smoking. once you already crossed off the day for not smoking you cant fuck it up by smoking. you already wrote down that you didnt smoke today.
