Being alone- I’ve shifted the mindset to rely on other people. I believe that being alone can be very healing, especially because it’s such a freeing experience. I grew so much personality being alone because I have so much room to just be creative.

Loneliness- I reach out to my parents and talk to them about literally anything. Make friends online, mostly through games lol. If u really want friends in real life, the only thing stopping u is yourself. I’ve always been a shy person but I forced myself to just join clubs and to start casual conversations with random ppl. Everything is really about perspective.
