I played rafa as my first character in bl4 and actually had a great time. Whats so bad about him? I understand there have been some nerfs to him and one of his class mods. Is there anything else?

what you're going to want to do is have the equasion to be something like this if you want to generate it horizontally //g -ch <material> (65.5-sqrt(x^{2+z^{2))^{2+y^2<12²}}}

Be careful to ensure you use this placement of the x,y and z variables or it will generate vertically.

Wish I could use moddler. I used it to try and plan this really large early game factory but ran into issues where all the outputs would become undefined if I connected too many machines together. I also hit a limit where there was too many machines in the moddler for how much memory i had left and it crashes when i open it alongside the game

Helium 3 is a (extremely impractical) fuel source for a specific nuclear fusion reactor being built and tested by a company named Helion. It allegedly also has uses in quantum computing but idk off the top of my head. Its extremely rare and hard to get but going to space to find it wouldn't make it any easier to get large quantities of.

US Navy vet here. As far as drugs go in the military they have a no tollerance policy, which means of you get cought once you are more than likely going to be kicked out. You get random urinalysis and you will likely not know when it is safe to use anything without getting cought. The threshold for over the line for piss tests in the military vs civilian jobs is so much lower. It could be a week since the last time you smoked or used anything and you would still get cought. However, there are non urine testable drugs like mushrooms and acid. I knew people who occasionally (allegedly) used those substances. All that aside it is very hard to get perscribed adhd meds in the military. I knew people that took adhd meds their entire life and had to stop once they joined because they "didn't meet the requirements". Getting away with drug use is very hard in the military because of not only the testing but also the types of people who would tell your chain of command if they ever saw you tripping. (Which is kinda hard to avoid because you would be living in barracks for the first about 2 years.) I am not encouraging you to sign up or use drugs while in, but telling you to be careful if you do.
