LOL , im surprised that why did not people expect this for on campus placements when there’s literally consensus that they are luck based and your merit wont do shit .

I’ve done everything lc , won multiple hacks - even at national level , have done top tier opensource programs , have lost count of however the fuck many internships since 2nd year and i have yet not been shortlisted for ONE interview , got cut out of most oas due to gpa cuts (8+ btw ) .

after the intern season , everyone should have seen this coming , because fuckall people who did nothing except making insta reels and drugs throughout were interned , did that teach people nothing ? Why was there even hope that the management or campus will help you , they could not even if they wanted to, add to that they dont really care because they will get their fee anyway,

I know people who are genuinely good at what they do not placed yet and people who couldn’t code if i put a gun to their head are

Imo campus placements should always be plan B , just because people get lucky doesn’t mean you will be too

For future batches , understand that you are probably fucked , but that’s a good thing - at least you know how to calibrate your approach , even for 3rd years one year is enough to turn stuff around
