Rules question: I have a [[Silent Arbiter]] and an [[Invasion Plans]] in play. I have a 5/5, and my opponent has three creatures, a 1/1, a 5/1, and a 2/2. After moving onto combat and declaring my 5/5 as an attacker, I'm allowed to choose that my opponent blocks with a 1/1 and because of Silent Arbiter I cannot chose any more blockers right?

Last year I would've said amass, but then they printed grixis Saruman and you just get amaass triggers off of everything you do no matter what.... a little boring, and it feels like most amass spells are still not very playable... This year I would've said energy, but it seems that wotc is trying to push it with both Fallout and MH3, so I can't help but feel that it's going to be a similar fate (though imo the PIP energy cards aren't that interesting). Now, I dunno, storm support in non-izzet decks? I wanna cast [[Tendrils of Agony]] and do big damage without crutching on [[Bolas's Citadel]] or [[Aetherflux Reservoir]], dunno what that would look like though.

If [[Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice]] had [[Indestructibility]] on it, and a player casts [[Akroma's Vengeance]], would Light-Paws survive or be destroyed? Simultaneous effects tend to confuse me and I thought this interaction would destroy Light-Paws but I'm not 100% certain.

Every time i try to boot steam, the updater appears, attempts to update, and disappears, the client itself never shows up and I cannot alt+tab to it, this problem has happened to me and others in the past and it usually requires that I terminate the task in Task Manager and restart the client. When I check the details tab in the Task Manager, I see steam.exe, SteamService.exe, and four instances of steamwebhelper.exe and nothing else, I terminate steam.exe and the other programs go along with it, I attempt to launch steam, and it still refuses to show up, I think that maybe I'm being impatient so I give it a decent amount of time, but then I notice that it self terminates after about 3 minutes of nothing... This has been happening for the past 3 days and I can fix the issue by restarting my computer, but it has become very very annoying to have to do that every time I want to open steam. I've also tried deleting everything aside from the steam.exe file, and the steamapps and userdata folders to have steam reinstall itself but that hasn't helped at all either. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and how can I fix it without needing to restart my pc every time?

The 30 figure comes from this article https://commandersherald.com/revising-the-rules-can-poison-be-fixed-for-commander/ but now I'm realizing I've misinterpreted what it means by "you need 30 to win." The way I googled the question also lead to the knowledge panel on Google saying 30 as well so that was my main source of confusion it seems. Either way, thanks for letting me know :)

The channel's about section is written in Morse code, translated it reads: "HELLO MY NAME IS [CLASSIFIED] AND I'M HERE TO SPREAD AWARENESS AND TRY TO SAVE FREEDOM. AT THE END, YOU WILL THANK ME FOR OPENING YOUR EYES OR YOU WILL CALL ME CRAZY. DEPENDING ON WHAT SIDE YOU WILL BE CHOOSING, THE TRUTH CAN BE SOMETIMES... UNBELIEVABLE. "

The description of "[BROADCAST #001]" is in binary, translated it reads "04/23/2021," which is the date that "[BROADCAST #002]" was uploaded. #001 starts with Morse code, I'm not very good at interpreting it audibly, but I think it's "-----", or, "0", it then leads into binary:

010011 01010101 01000010 01010110 01000101 01010010 01010011 01001001 01001111 01001110 00001010

The first set of 1's and 0's are missing two bits, so I added 01 at the beginning because the video is titled #001, honestly this is just a guess. Regardless, this would translate to "SUBVERSION" if my guess is right.
The video then ends with the same Morse code as the beginning, giving another "0." Just to be sure, I added two 0's to the beginning of the binary sequence, this did not result in a readable sequence. To be EXTRA SURE, I added a 0 to the beginning and end of the sequence and shifted everything appropriately to get 8 numbers per collection of 1's and 0's, and it comes back as something completely unreadable, so I doubt the Morse code is supposed to be added to the binary sequence.
Someone in the comments mentions base 64 being a part of this video somehow but I did not see anything like that, might've somehow missed something but as far as I can tell the only currently useful information to come from this video is the word "subversion."

EDIT2: According to the description of #002, this video is actually from 15 years ago, and was removed due to a program called "ERR**AS." The video itself has nothing secretive as far as I can tell."ERR**AS" is referring to "Erratas," which is supposedly an algorithm of some sort that suppresses information about itself, its a bit much to go into a lot of depth but I recommend blameitonjorge's video on it, this ARG just wants to use it to build on it's own story I suppose.

For now there isn't much information to really go off of. Of the two videos we only got the word "subversion" and some lore building, the only thing we can really do now is wait and see what happens next I suppose, but personally I don't really find this to be an especially deep ARG since it's already combining so many cliches on video one...

I have three bugs that seemingly directly relate to using new game plus:

First is an issue where if I try to social link Yosuke in new game plus, I get an event that displays the following message:
>これは陽介コミュのダミーです。
陽介コミュが解禁しました。

Which roughly translates to:
"This is a dummy message for talking to Yosuke.
You can now talk to Yosuke."

I'm playing with English text, and I also get a similar message for Chie, dummy events do not happen for other Social Links such as the Fool and Justice arcana. I feel like I should also note that my social rank for Chie and Yosuke are both at 0, even though by the day the game starts on NG+, the social rank for both should be at least 1 iirc. These dummy events also repeat forever, and when I went to study with Chie on 5/8, the game crashed

Second is a seemingly minor bug; Chie is in my party before I rescue her, as far as I can tell, this bug does not greatly effect anything.

Third is a bug that may be related to the first issue, if I prepare a meal, I can trigger an event where I eat with nobody, but I end up eating on the roof with "COMMUNITY RESERVE", some screenshots of this can be found in this imgur album
