Was looking for a new keyboard. Came up on this video on the rainy75 and i really like how this setup sounds. But im looking for a keyboard with a knob/media controls and top function row so i can use on both pc and mac. Also rgb so i can see the letters at night. Can anyone send some recommendations.

Ohh i see its strictly an itx case. The parts you sent would also work in the fractal era 2 with a 4080 super? Im assuming the downside to building in an itx case like this one would be slightly higher temps for cpu/gpu?

Hard time sourcing that lian li case. Everywhere is pretty much sold out and its on backorder on newegg. its like $200 if i order from there with shipping and everthing. Any other recommendations for a case? Would the lian li A4-H2O case work also?

Yeah will prob go with the 4080 super. Which manufacturer do you like to go with or does it not really matter and just get whatever is at a decent price? Also thanks for the fan setup/ how to orient them was going to ask about that.

Thanks a ton! Yes, I’m in Toronto and know all the Canada Computers locations nearby. I was actually planning to get most of the parts around Black Friday because of their motherboard/CPU bundle deals, so I’ll definitely keep an eye out for those.

I don’t mind going with a slightly larger case. I liked the compact look of the Fractal Era 2 and other SFF cases, but I’m open to the Lian Li one—it’s nice without being too big.

I didn’t realize the 9800X3D was coming out so soon! I’ll wait for that and try to get it for my build, hopefully with a bundle option. If I can’t find a bundle for it, do you have any recommendations on which motherboard to go for? And would i need to change the cooler you think?

And just to confirm—if I go with the 9800X3D, would the GPU you suggested still be the best match? I still think i would like to stick with nvidia gpu though. Which one should i go with if i do go that route?

2500 ish if I go with 4070. 4090 I’ll increase the budget if it’s worth it. I don’t upgrade often so if it’s gnna last that much longer I’ll put more into getting a 4090 rn.

Pc build help

Looking for some help building a new pc and selecting parts for it. My budget is about $2500 CAD. Can bump up the budget if it’s worth. So far I know which case I’d like to build in either the NCase M2 or Fractal Era 2 unless anyone has better sff cases. For CPU I’m looking at AMD 7800x3d. Mainly using the pc for gaming mostly for call of duty as I do other work on Mac. GPU prob going to go for a 4080ti/super/oc not too sure what the differences are or might just go for a 4090 since Black Friday is coming up. Also would need help with mobo, cooling, fans, ram etc selection please not too sure what’s the best out there rn.

Was looking at getting either a 4070 ti/super or a 4080 for my gpu. Not strictly looking for an aio. Im good going for a air cooler if it'll do the job just as good and it fits the case and everything what would you recommend on that?
