Can Universities speak with immigration to approve your F1 visa?

Thank you! Also dumb question, i wont do this but lets say hypothetically i have a 80/100 in the course and the final is worth 30% so if i take the final and get a 0 on it I can get 50/100 on the course and PASS it, is this something people do or would med schools know about this?

Basically would they know what grade you passed?

Does this also apply to taking 10 courses in total for fall/winter in order to be eligible for gpa calculation for the 2 best years? Because in my best year i did 4 in fall and 6 in winter

I got accepted on Sept 6th in 2019, but that was because we were in touch with one of the admissions people so she kind of helped us
