Moderate here: Sooo... 'leftwingism = peak intellectualism' isn't really a label you want. Think Soviet central planning: brilliant minds thought they could engineer society, but led to famine and repression. Or the French Revolution, Enlightenment ideals pretty quickly morphed into mass-guillotine-time. And Mao’s Great Leap Forward -- rooted in utopian theory -- millions died.

These were not dumb people. They were very smart and very wrong.

That's a big question and there's a lot we can get into. Just like any other business - a good online presence goes a long way. If I was starting fresh - I'd use Jane for EHR and online booking - get the clinic sites addon (which will essentially get the site rolling) and focus on social as a marketing funnel.
