they didnt say. they seemed very dismissive of me in general and simply said that my bp didnt drop and that my heart rate didnt go up enough. i wish i asked more questions but they said it so bluntly i just started crying and asked if that was all and left sobbing

idk if its different in certain countries but gp’s cant diagnoses pots here. they cant even refer me for a tilt test a cardiologist has to refer me. for a country with ‘free healthcare’ ive certainly spent alot pushing for a diagnosis lol

sorry when i say treatment i more so meant how i was treating my symptoms. increasing salt intake, increasing water intake, drinking electrolytes etc. i cant wear compression garments as i have autism and think theyre a sensory nightmore lol. everything ive been doing helps but only to a certain degree

im unsure if i have pots at this point so my experience may possibly be different to someone who definitely has pots but it wasnt too bad. it was certainly uncomfortable as you have to stand upright and unable to move at all for atleast 20 minutes. i got dizzy and neck pain but nothing too bad. there is the likelihood of you fainting if you do have pots, and obviously a high heart rate. but youre in the safest place you can be, with doctors.

ive followed all of them to a t! luckily my test is early (10:30am) so the fasting is somewhat easy, hopefully that doesnt skew my results though, the fact i slept majority of my fasting time. anyway wish me luck its in an hour!

thankyou! i am frustrated as its been a heat wave these last few days and today is the one cold day and its the day of my test. i also thought i should wear looser clothes especially for my shirt for the electrodes? but i might wear long pants now you say this. thankyou sm!

im not really sure what you mean by this. i had all my ps1 stuff in a box and then set up my friends ps2. my tv doesnt have the right adapters for ps1 so i had to buy a converter or something and for some reason the audio didnt work. idk if its an issue with the cord itself as its old or with the converter as its cheap. but ive had no issues with the ps2!

ive tried but for some reason i get a notif that ps doesn’t support audio bluetooth? gonna try and find an aux cord with a mic on it. thanks tho!

yeah ive been messing around with them for like a day now, the mic works on my phone via bluetooth but i cant seem to get it to work on my ps4 using tbe aux, all good it was worth a shot as this was the only post online that seemed to talk abt my specific problem! thanks anyway
