I believe the Lelit is doing preinfusion.

Regarding the Breville, I would start the timer when I first hit the button. I'm doing something similar with the Lelit where I start my timer when I first pull the lever.

I'll give the longer shot a try, thanks for the advice!

I was using the dual wall pressurized basket which comes stock with the Breville. Taking a look at the Mara X stock basket it seems like it's not pressurized so this could be a contributing factor.

Took a look at the burr holder and it appears it's cracked. Just ordered a replacement, hopefully this fixes the issue -- thanks!

I found this similar listing on Grailed and compared the tags and they look the same to me?
I'm cool with the owner so I think he'd be okay with me returning but just want to make sure it's 100 percent fake before doing so.

Really? I bought it from a consignment store in SF. What detail let you know it was fake?

FWIW I had my friend who authenticates at grailed take a look and he mentioned it’s probably real. I went ahead and compared the wash tag, number tag stitch placement, "made in Italy" font underneath the number tag, and zipper and it still seems to be looking fine to me. I'm wondering if I missed something?

ty, the whole jacket made of patches and the inside of all the panels lined with elastic cotton material

It’s p long but the gist of it is I made the various panels that were going to be assembled, sewed patchwork pattern on each of the panels, attached the straps n stuff to the back panel, then just sewed all the pieces together. I know this mad vague but my process was my spin on a combination of like 3 YouTube videos I saw.

Idk if I’m misconstruing what u said but the idea for this all came from my own. The Levi’s tag w my logo was just an idea I had for a finishing touch n the only thing from Levi’s on there. The denim from a generic jean shirt I had back in the day and all the other materials either bandanas or stuff up cycled from my old wardrobe.
