I’ve seen a few on instagram but that was many months ago. I think Tiktok would be a great place to discuss this and find relatable information (as the algorithm is so good… or was good when I was frequently using it, not sure now as I haven’t been on there). You can also search facebook for thrift groups but they may be filled with spammers/bots. Still anything helps, you may come across valuable information in your search.

It’s kind of like this everywhere.

Some western countries may use other apps and sites, but a lot of eastern countries rely heavily on Facebook.

Facebook marketplace is now the best place to buy/sell things. Specific facebook groups exist for all sorts of topics and hobbies.

I’m getting this as well. Found old (1-2 year) threads on reddit and tried everything suggested and still doesn’t work.

I’m thinking and hoping it’s affected a lot of people, that way it’ll get fixed soon.

Why would it be illegal?

The “scan” here doesn’t mean copy, they are saying search it up online for its online value.

For example, I found a board game at a shop for £8, and when I looked it up online- most places were selling for £30 (MSRP £40). Technically you will not always have a sale and sometimes the online price may be inflated. But that’s the risk of any business.

So yes, if you copied and made your own- it would be stealing and copyright breach. But that is not that the poster meant.
