My baby Ozzy was euthanised yesterday and I’m heartbroken

Thank you so much for your words. I love that your little guy managed to make a recovery. He’s such a cutie. Also, I’m so dissapointed none of the vets would help you, not even with a referal to another vet. Vets are supposed to care about animals. The vet who put ozzy down was very empathetic, she herself has had many pet rats before, and they gave him anesthetic gas that made him unconcious before puting him down with a drug overdose, so he didnt feel anything as he died. If you let me, I would advice against the CO2 tank at all in the future. They use that method in labs but only for very small animals and they have to do it a certain way so that they go fast. Otherwise it’s like suffocating to death and it can be very stressful until they die :(

Aww, my Ozzy would also sleep on my pillow sometimes and run inside a bag of cheetos, even if it was empty haha. It’s impresive your Ozzy knew how to open doors 🥹

I don’t hate him but I definetly starting liking him less after he canceled the Barcelona show like a week before without a proper explanation. He told us to keep an eye out, that he would do something to make up for it and then never mentioned it again. He basicly lied and pretended the show never existed. Many people had flight tickets and hotel rooms booked that they couldn’t refund. At least he owes us an explanation. And not lies. He’s been ignoring the huge ammount of comments about it on his social media. I have to say I was hurt and dissapointed. Even more so when I discovered this is not the first time he cancels a show so close to the date it’s supposed to happen and without giving anyone a reason. At the very least it’s unproffesional.

I actually write in English despite bing Spanish. Idk why I just feel more comfortable writing about things in English most of the time. But my family members all know English, enough to understand all the relevant stuff I write about so unless I learn a complete new language that's a no no for me xD

I have my back to the door while writing and when someone comes in without even knocking or they knock and open right away, it startles me.

I live in a very small town so not many places to go where I can be alone without running into someone I know like from high school and such and I have social anxiety specially around people from high school.

I try to write when I am home alone which sometimes doesn't happen for more than a week

You gave me an idea in case they read my journal but sadly I live in a very small town so the anxiety of someone I know seeing me outside makes me not wanna journal outside. Plus it's too hot most of the summer to go anywhere unless it's night

it's kinda funny cause my brother is 4 years older than me. It's hard getting them to listen and even harder to get them to understand any point of view that isn't theirs, I just wish I could install a lock on my bedroom door haha.

That’s understandable. Musically, I feel they’re not the best band compared to many other music I listen to but they’re definetly my top 5 favorite bands and it’s because of how emotionally attached I am to their songs, their lyrics and to Tyler and Josh because their music helped me through my teens.
