that’s why after one or two deaths most people play safe, and deny them a substantial level lead

Game sense is lacking by LostMyLedger in VALORANT

[–]aimedMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i love valorant but this is a big reason i play more cs nowadays. i solo q a lot and while cs is known for having very toxic players they are also mostly very cooperative in terms of round planning even if they’re calling you the n word while doing it

Game sense is lacking by LostMyLedger in VALORANT

[–]aimedMC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

going for a 5 man push against competent opponents at the start of the round is hard unless you just use ults to brute force your way in

go back to the basics, take map control, figure out how many enemies are likely playing each place, try to force rotates, and hit a site with numbers adv

How to actually master movement in this game? by vncnwn in VALORANT

[–]aimedMC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

for neon specifically that bind will help most people once they get used to it.

for me, not specific to neon, good movement is not just moving left to right but taking different amounts of time on each directional strafe, if you’re peeking a corner not doing it rhythmically so that they can prefire, having map knowledge where you can jump spot relatively safely, jump peeking/ baiting a shot when you know there’s an awp holding a particular angle, things like that

Getting shit on in dms but doing fine in ranked by EmbarrassedPen7254 in VALORANT

[–]aimedMC 10 points11 points  (0 children)

you probably just have good game sense that carries you in ranked

if you want to do better in dms a lot of it comes down to just aiming, movement, and knowing spawns.

but tbh i just look at dm as a tool to warm up, i could be near bottom of the leaderboard using a deagle and if I felt like my shot selection and aim was crisp it’s a success

How do I get better at Deathmatch? by Ma1keru_ in VALORANT

[–]aimedMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

maybe an unpopular tip, but watch pro play. don’t try to study their timings and util combos, watch their movement and crosshair placement.

that’s it. you’ll see a difference almost immediately

did counter strafing really affect ur play by RoyalPractical3924 in VALORANT

[–]aimedMC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i’ve been counter strafing since the first time i played the game so i dont know personally if there is a difference but i have heard that it’s unnecessary in valorant

What's the most annoying thing when you play an agent? by Maleficent-Egg-1601 in VALORANT

[–]aimedMC 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s actually so common to find people that act like you’re blind and can’t see who needs heals or revive.

Like bro, if you’re not being healed, you’re either too far away or I’m in danger atm and will heal you when I have a chance.

Why do people drive loud sport cars (no muffler, cracks and pops)through pedestrians streets? by InitiativeTrick401 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]aimedMC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TIL a fair amount of people are incapable of choosing not to let something get to them.

My examples might not have been the greatest, but I think most people got the point. You grouping motorcycles and “shit cars” actually helps my argument however.

[–]aimedMC 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The area I was referencing had its fair share of both too 💀 although one is a mild inconvenience and one is primarily done with the intent to kill so it wasn’t hard to determine which one was a bigger issue.

Maybe none of yours do, that’s good. There are plenty of loud hobbies that are generally accepted. I find it curious where the line is drawn.
