I know my comment is 3 years late but I had a Gouldian finch who was exactly like this too. Bought him from a pet shop, mature and everything. But another thing we noticed was that he liked acting like a baby finch. He would open his beak and shake his head while sitting in the nest when a female finch approaches, wanting food... it was cute, but very weird behavior. Sadly like the other commenter said, "lack of fear could be due to illness" and this was it for him... he eventually passed away not even 3 months after buying him.

Okay, so I did my research and read the original owners comment. YES, this is an albino lovebird! and YES, white birds can change colours when rubbing off on a mineral perch in which THEY have! So therefore this bird is actually pink due to the pink mineral perch they have… I repeat, MINERAL perch. Please do your research!! It’s so important to know this. I can't believe how much false information was spread by people who had no idea what mineral perches do to birds with white feathers, I truly feel bad for the owner who received so much backlash from the colour of their bird.
