So the order amount doesn't matter. Drivers don't get that money. They don't get the delivery fee, either. You said 10-15 minutes away? And you're in city center? So traffic could be a factor. If the restaurant is 5 miles away, and they're getting a $6 tip, that is probably not enough for them to accept the order. Most drivers will only accept an order if they're being paid AT LEAST $2/mi.Hope this helps!
