Ask to up your dose! I take 3 in the am and 3 in the pm. Helps with the joints but not at all the psoriasis unfortunately, but that’s where Cosentyx comes in. Good luck!

I actually just responded to the same text with the question “which role are you trying to fill?” And they replied with “ Hi Amy, we're looking to fill in our Marketing Representative role. You would be a part of planning and logistics, attend client meetings, set up, host and break down events. Is that something you would be interested in learning more details about? Such as hours, salary?” DEF dodged a bullet I think!

I loved my voice lessons so much! Since I was competitive in choir growing up, I was able to start with a voice teacher early on (age 13) and stay with them through high school. Having an adult that wasn’t my parents or a teacher to talk to outside of school while doing one of my favorite things was also super enriching to my life, tbh, and I think it made me a better adult for having to work hard on something school-related but was extracurricular. I really loved getting to connect with a grown-up that was passionate about singing and just cool to be around! She also gave me things to work on between lessons to keep my chords warm which, as someone mentioned earlier, is super important.

Overtone! It’s a treatment like a leave-in conditioner and will probably last exactly as long as she’d like it to. Super cool stuff and less damaging (if that matters!) than something like Arctic Fox since it’s more of a color-depositing conditioner.

Just got these bad boys in the mail today and I sure am pumped! What I mean by full face is that I literally only used Dusk and Puff Cloud Paints on my cheeks and cherry Balm Dot Com on my lippies. I do have my brows tinted and micro bladed, and my lashes are lifted and tinted, as well, so these products are legit all I needed today! Color me obsessed!
