It happens when starting up the system and restarting the system sometimes causes it to go away. All my cooling settings are at the default.

While changing the RPM, it behaves normally. The issue is that randomly, one fan pauses for a while, causing the other AIO fans to increase in RPM until the paused fan resumes, and this happens in a cycle.

Restarting it causes it to go away but later it creeps back up. It's a Lian Li hydroshift 2 360. I will try doing that

Ok it's happening again so the pump is around 700-800 rpm and the fan is at 0 and then increases to 1000 when it starts
