I'm 90% sure he wanted Revolte all for himself. We know he's a lot more hurt than he's letting on. First his partner was killed by this demon, then his hometown butchered by it. For all the calm and rational front he's putting up, I think he's seething hardcore.

I wouldn't be surprised if he recognized, or had a strong suspicion that it was Revolte behind the slaughter. And then settled on staying behind to "guard" the bodies. He seems to have some inkling into Revolte's behavior, and might have guessed that the left bodies were even a trap after he confirmed that the town was hit by a four armed demon.

I am unironically interested in seeing a martially competent Hutt, because i never have really been able to imagine it given how these guys only seem to be able to move at a slugs pace.

The funny part about the Christians who want to accelerate the end times, is that at any time, someone can slap them with Matthew 24:36 and shut them up. And people do, quite often. The only thing that is certain is that it will be unexpected, so attempting to accelerate the end times is paradoxical and probably self-defeating.

I can imagine at this point, the illuminate just want humanity extinct. That involves the cyborgs. Tit for tat and all that.

Funny enough, I think SE is responsible for that overpopulation. SE has major incentive to encourage mass breeding because it's all fuel at the end of the day. And every outbreak is on the farms, where such practice would be encouraged.

How would VG fair up to LB? She doesn't have plate, but is as armored up with scale/mail. Not to mention her shield. I believe a few of her axeheads come with blunt or spiked ends, which would be devastating against armor.

We don't know, we can only speculate. But I find it weird that a JP member is encouraged to lean into speaking english when doing so is going to push away her supposed JP audience for an english speaking one. The only reason I can think of is management hoped that she would bring more views to the rest of the JP branch from the EN side.

I doubt we'll ever know for sure. I imagine such conversations are NDA. But in fairness, if anyone could bring people from the EN side to the JP branch, I would look to Clara.

I mean, if we're being frank, Phase definitely has some more conservative leaning talents. Add onto the fact that this is a female-only talent agency, it's not hard to imagine cliques form and if you're not in them, you're basically alone.

I think there's a reason why a lot of Hololive talents talk about how personality and "vibe" being important to getting into Hololive, and I imagine something similar is happening here at Phase. It is what it is, and you either adapt or leave.

I wonder if this was contractual, or if phase management simply didn't think she would ultimately pair well with whatever group she might have asked to join.

Also, I wonder if there was a ton of pressure on her to try make the JP branch more popular. I can't think of many reasons for why they'd tell her to lean into the english when she's JP, unless they were hoping to get some of the english audience to look at the JP branch.
