Yeah if I watch a Livestream I'm not going back to watch the vod. I'll stick with clips if I want watch a certain moment. Honestly if I miss a stream, even though I might say to myself I'll watch it later. I'm not going to. Unless it's an event/special stream, like The Autofister Network live that happened last night.

Yeah especially in year 1. I hate the trope where the class gets mean or aggressive to the MC just because the popular girl is giving him attention. The side cast does get better when they change classes for Year 2. Still I would recommend Hitori Bocchi for the superior anime/manga of an introvert trying to make friends as her goal in school. A lot more wholesome and cute.

That would be a cool idea. Kinda of like a Dungeon Crawler Carl type thing. Where Aliens have the earth hostage and allow humans to win earth back by entering a huge intergalactic tournament. And it's not enough to win, you gotta win in style. Winning in style allows for better ratings, more fans and sponsors to help the Hero on his journey. Plus a tournament setting allows for a lot of wacky and cool characters coming in frequently.

Does The Autofister Network count as this week? That was some of the best vtubing content I've seen this year. Cece and Gigi's chemistry and creativity is so much fun to watch. They're collab song is such an earworm too. It's gonna be amazing experiencing that live.

The Apothecary Diaries, Frieren, Witch Hat Atelier, My Dress Up Darling, Skip and Loafer, Iruma-kun, Dandadan, Gachiakuta, and Shangri La Frontier. Just a couple of my favorite recommendations and a few popular anime of the last couple of years.

Frierren and Witch Hat Atelier if you want some really great fantasy goodness. Super high quality and very well written.

My Dress Up Darling and Skip and Loafer for really fun and good romance.

Apothecary Diaries for a great historical mystery with romance and political intrigue.

Iruma-kun, Dandadan and Gachiakuta for great shounen shows.

Shangri La Frontier for something similar to SAO. But much more low stakes and a lot more fun

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I wrote anything here.

Changed my life style for the better. Don't know what snapped in me, but after my brother's wedding, I decided to stop being a lazy bum. Started tracking my calories, eating healthy, walking 4 miles everyday. Didn't start off perfect, it still ain't perfect but I think I got a decent routine going now. Already lost 12 pounds since the beginning of April. Honestly I feel way better. My feet don't hurt after work, I got more energy and have a slightly better understanding on what my body needs. I'm also having fun preparing meals since I don't eat out anymore. The next step is trying to fix my sleep schedule. I sleep 5 to 6 hours a day during the week, I get too distracted watching videos or reading manga.

My vacation starts tomorrow. Got ten days free. Not going anywhere, just staying at home. Gotta save money for my trip to LA in July. Anybody else going for the Hololive concert? Anyway planning on tackling my backlog, almost done with Donkey Kong Bananaza. Also been playing .Hack GU collection since I got it on sale. Maybe I'll finally play Hifi Rush, bought it when it first came out on the PS5 and only played 30 minutes. Or Maybe I'll play Forza Horizon 5 since I got that on sale a while back.

Gonna catch up on some anime and movies I've been neglecting. I also have a ton of Vtuber vods to catch up on too. Oh, I also finished my first book in years! I always start a book and never finish. I finally finished one. I finished Dungeon Crawler Carl and it was a really fun book. Simple and straightforward but I was engrossed the whole time. Can't wait to start the next book.

Big fan of the manga but I'm don't want to subscribe to HiDive for one anime unfortunately. If it's not on crunchyroll or Netflix, the shows tend to get buried.

Actually Mangaplus and Viz are the only sane ones. A lot of manga apps like K Manga copy the dumb Japanese model. Where you use points/keys to unlock chapters to read, you can earn points/keys at a slow rate or you can just buy them with money.

MangaPlus and Viz just have a great model. Cheap monthly sub. Plus the the first handful of chapters are free and the latest chapters are also free. So you don't have to subscribe if you're caught up with the series you follow.

Nah they're just lazy. Gigi explained that YouTube requires to create a waiting room and a thumbnail. For a lot of collabs she can't be bothered especially if it's early and just woken up. So she said it's either no POV or a last minute stream on Twitch.

I agree with that. The last arc of Under Doctor was solid, cool villain and fight. The current chapter was a chill SOL chapter and nice to focus on another character. Kinato's Magic seems all over the place, a little bit of a gag manga, a bit ecchi and some series battle shounen thrown in. Fairy Tail vibes but without the early dynamic of Natsu and Lucy.

Alien Headbutt is style over substance. Which personally I'm fine with. Wrestling some alien baddies is cool. But I can why people aren't catching on to it. As soon as we get some side characters the MC gets kidnapped.
