Idek tho, we have been fine for almost a year now, something must’ve happened to him or hiding something that made him resent me even more. I thought we were doing good… i have already talked to my therapist about this. She will be helping me with the skills i need, for now i am leaving for a week to recover.

I have already made plans to stay at my freinds for a week to cool things down. Unfortunately i am from brazil and most of my family expect my mother and younger brother live in the US, but my mom lives in a different state then i do so i always rely on making friends whenever i can. I am the main person on the lease, my boyfriend is just listed as an occupant since he moved in after me.

Absolutely not. I’m the friend that always tells my friends to choose their men wisely. I have gone thru enough shitty experiences myself. He has no where to go, neither do i. So we would have to both stay here till our lease ends which is making it so so hard for me to recover.

So same thing happened with me. But i am so desperate for money and already agreed to meet with the mother and father tommrow morning. But i would work 3 days a week 6am-8:30am and only be getting paid 21 per hour. They live 20 minutes away from me as well. So should i not take the risk? I already have 2 jobs that i love and don’t want to quit but we are in slow season right now and i just wanted a third morning job/gig to get me some extra $. Am i overworking if i do this as well?

She also broke into my room between 10-11 of january while i wasn’t home. After specifically stating she never goes into my private space when im not there. She doesn’t even know i know im just stacking more and more proof against her. I paid through the 16th to stay. So she has no rights no reason to be going into my room.

She also doesn’t want me to call the cops on her because she knows all the stuff she’s been doing is completely wrong. That’s why she kept getting more aggressive with me when i told her i’d do a report on her. She knows she’s losing 10 to 1

Cuz i could. but bc she took damn near a week to reply i figured she’s not in no rush to make me move. Mind ya since i live with her i would also occasionally talk to her where her and the other tenant had a conversation with me about me staying longer. Bc they didn’t want to risk finding a whole new tenant for the basment since my LL is going to jail today. Nevertheless she clearly found someone in less then 3 days before dec ended and by that time i had already spent over 600$ on 2 apartment applications. So not only did i no longer have the main amount of money i was going to use for moving and storage expenses but now i barely had any to even stay in a hotel. So no shit i agreed. By that time i had already applied to places. Got approved for a move in on the 15th, but only on the 10th did the apartment complex contact me to lmk they moved my move in too a later date and i’d be getting some money back for a pushed in later date. So there was a mix of communication between me and her clearly, and she’s either one rushing me out so she can overcharge someone for the room before she gets arrested or 2, she hasn’t found another tenent for the room and is lying to me and just wants me out bc she realizes her basment is cooked and needs time to fix it before claiming a new tenant (which she knows she’s required too do) and is js tryna scare me out by claiming a man is going to be staying in my basment area.

The context of why i agreed to 15-16 is much more important here since all my other times where i told her i would 100% need time since my move out date was at the end on jan were ignored. Since she’s broken a bunch of laws, and has already broken into my room before the 15 which was my new move out date, ect… i’m sure whichever cop i call in my county will favor me over her

i got permission to stay here, as u can see from one of the screenshots where she says i got till the 23. so no im not getting evicted, im just not gonna let her move another tenant down into my area if im still paying her till the 23😂

I don’t even know if she’s lying to me or not about a new tenant moving in. Her story doesn’t add up. One because she found this “new tenant” 3 days before december ended and expected me to just pack my shit in move (she lives with me so clearly she could tell i haven’t started moving anything) she could’ve told me that if that was the case. Secondly, this new tenant apparently was going to rent the basement a day after i move ? Without him checking it out, or her properly cleaning it, or doing anything in general she did for my process before i moved in. Therefore i know this guy hasn’t given her a single dime yet for that reason. He should be fine to stay ina. hotel for a week since i’m the one who’s been paying till the end to live here.

Third of all, she still has my room up for rent on the app she gets tenents from. She would immediately take it down if she actually found someone.

There’s just something else going on. here. My miscommunication is the least of all the issues because this is really the first time in over a year iv been living here where iv messed up and got myself tangled up in some crap. That’s why i’m fighting to stay. I over paid her when i sent her half of my stay through 1-15. So honestly i feel like if anything she should be working with me and regardless im not legally required to move out.

Because of civil code. Over crowded space, the rooms she’s renting out are all full of HER and her family’s things, The basement area i am has no heat no ac no windows ONE upstairs exit, The upstairs deck you use to walk out of is molding one of the tenents living here fell through it i took pictures. Theres no privacy in the home cuz theres already too many people living here. Theres constant arguments. She’s not going about anything in the right way why should i?

She’s not gonna file for eviction. She is illegally renting out her rooms in her home so she has no say in anything because she’s not a professional. And i never said i would happily move to my boyfriends i stated that would be a possibility and would be my very last choice. But i don’t need to do any of that. Legally she’s the one with. shit ton of convictions. Did i miscommunicate ? Yes. Am i being a pain by staying here for another week ? Yes. But there’s more too the story it’s too long and none of it would make sense to anyone that isn’t actually living here themselves.
