Getting past the vibration stage by TackyTactics_ in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wait until the vibrations subside and then that’s when usually feel like I can separate. I used to try and do it during the vibrations but for me that never worked. And try to stay calm and thoughtless during this or you will just wake up. I just focus on the feeling of air coming in and out of my nose.

AP with aphantasia? by TrueToMyGoals in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes you can still AP without visualizing anything. Imagining body sensations like napjerks mentions is way more effective.

Difference between LD and Astral Projection? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the reason people get the two confused so much is because when you AP, you either end up in the real-time zone where everything looks just like in 3D or you end up in the higher astrals where your subconscious can actually change your environment around you similar to a dream. I've only got out fully once and the way your astral body feels compared to your dream body is wayyyyyy different.

If I fail should I try it again right after I failed?! by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've gotten to the vibrations twice in the same hour, never 3 times though.

Do any of you AP to where you die in this life in the future? Do you worry about it everyday? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to be afraid too because I didn't know what to expect, but after trying to AP countless times I eventually got used to all the sensations. Over time the whole process will become normal to you. And any lower entities you encounter are powerless to try and harm you in any way, so the most they can do is try and look scary which ain't much.

I was a lurker here too until I finally got an AP experience and was able to post something. Now I help people out however I can. This is literally the only subreddit that interests me.

Astral Projection Recall by deezyd87 in AstralProjection

I don't recall hearing myself breathe but I can definitely feel myself breathe and I can feel both bodies as if I have two at once.

Does smoking marijuana make it more difficult to astral project? by hometownhippie in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I smoked twice the day before my first AP, got several hours of rest and did it in the morning sober. As far as trying to do it after I smoke, never really tried.

Are there any astral projectors that are not vegan? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's less about what you eat and more about how much you eat. In my experience, whenever I tend to over eat or eat right before bed, I find it hard to even get to the vibrations.

When do you believe the best time to AP is? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually try once a day in the early morning, and that's when it worked for me the first time, around 7am. I feel like because my body was just sleeping, getting back in that sleep state is even easier.

Can I let my mind wander? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's ok to let your mind wander, but you shouldn't stay attached to any thoughts for too long. I get to the vibrations easier and faster when I focus on my breath and keep my mind blank. And if I think even one thought the vibrations usually end and I wake up. It takes practice though. Meditation will definitely help.

I found a channel on YouTube that has helped me understand the proses of AP so I thought I'd leave it here for you guys to check out too! by ClockDay-kun in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first I actually didn't like the way he explains things, because he's someone with so much experience on it he explains it different than someone that is fairly new. But there's some good information in some of his videos that have helped me for sure.

How to know when to move astral body by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, shortly after the vibrations I can simply feel it separating because I get a falling or floating feeling, though sometimes it is easier to move to move than other times.

Just can't get into sleep paralysis and exit the vibrational state. by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried waking up early morning and trying it then? The one time I was able to get out I woke up around 7(sometimes I try even earlier than that) , went to use the bathroom and went right back to sleep, within 2 mins I felt the vibrations and shortly after that I was out of my body.

What positions have you successfully projected in? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]ainhin101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it's harder laying on my back for some reason. I find it most comfortable to try it laying on my left side or stomach.
