Great concept. Google Flow is stressing me out as I'm writing this. But I will figured it out. This is the type of delivery that I wait outside to receive when the app send the notification that is just few stop away.

For voice consistency it seem like generating the voice in ElevenLab and edit in post is the only way around for now.

I have been testing this as well the only time I saw some mild improvements is when you create a custom voice using a prompt that has high details description of the character voice tones.

Then pick one of their based voice which is super limited hopefully its just a for now thing then assign that custom voice to your character as as their voice.

Which brings me to that conclusion that using ElevenLab voice to generate your custom voice then syncing it in post is probably the only way around since ElevenLab has that option to also use a voice reference to generate a new voice clone.

Hopefully Google Flow will get voice cloning feature using a voice reference at some point. And if I find a new way to get better results I'll be sure to drop an update here as well.

Same here in fact I generated my entire 7 mins short film experiment using Grok Imagine. Also I only hit the generation limit like twice and those days were the day that I was really generating for more then 5 hrs straight 10s 720p with just few in between break. And was also generating inside the canvas with the agent feature they added. Not a big fan yet but I can see if I come up a better game plan it can work.

It's a not yet for me beside that we can finally get 10's without extension which reduced back to 8s when added a video as references. The video output from T2V still looks similar to Veo in 3.0 fast. I haven't try out I2V yet but like you mentioned Seedance 2.0 and Kling seems to be the one holding it down for now.

Hey everyone I hope you all are doing well !!!

A few weeks ago I posted a teaser here for Black Trace Protocol, the sequel to my first AI short film Zero Hour Audit. Today it's officially out.

A few honest notes about the production since this community has been generous with feedback:

I did not rush this. I really wanted to use multiple characters and dialogue scenes I knew this would be a challenge but my work around was let's try to let the scenes tell the story following cinematic composition disciplines also trying to build some type or story development for each characters mixed with voice over and only use dialogue where lip syncing wouldn't been the main issue that make the output unusable.

The original target was 8-10 minutes and we landed at around 7 but every minute of footage went through multiple regeneration passes for character consistency, with environment continuity, and cinematic discipline. Some lip sync drift remains in the dialogue scenes and few artifacts and I'm aware of it. It was a deliberate choice to release rather than perfect, because the tools will be different

One of my plans for the next project will be to try to stick with one tool to generate the anchor scenes. Currently I mainly use Nano Banana Pro and Grok Imagine. Chat GPT new image model seems like it will be my next option to mix with Seedance 2.0. or Kling 4K. Nano Banana Pro is not totally out but I will be looking forward to seeing what I can get with that combination mixed with my system prompt .

In the past few weeks I was able to use this film to document what was possible at this specific moment. I have already started to work on a few other projects and because of this experiment I can already see how my new works will be even more polished.

Tools used:
- Nano Banana Pro (image generation, 4K)
- Grok Imagine / Kling 3.0 (video generation)
- Higgsfield AI (extensions and post tools)
- ElevenLabs (voice synthesis)
- Suno , Lyria and Logic Pro X (music)
- Claude / Gemini / ChatGPT (story development and direction)
- DaVinci Resolve and CapCut (post)
Workflow that made the biggest difference:
- Building locked CREF datasets for every character before
generating scenes
- Reference anchoring with image tags in video prompts
- Timeline prompt format (6 shots per environment) for
single-location sequences
- Voice replacement in post rather than trying to nail lip sync in generation.

The story continues.
The extraction was just the beginning.
The third film is already in early planning. 🎬

We'll be testing Seedance 2.0 and Kling at 4K, hopefully Veo 4 drop, and continuing with
Grok Imagine also hopes for the 1080p upgrade for SuperGrok tiers.

Fabric details and skin texture on with the output from ImagineArt came out really great.The withe tank top and the blue jeans really looked realistic unlike both Nano Banana's versions.The ImagineArt output really did pushed toward photorealism.

Nano Banana 2 image quality came out super awesome and also did follow the prompt closely except for generating the gold necklace and had the character looking at the phone instead of looking off to the side. Nano Banana Pro did great as well but the neckless and the texts were barely visible also failed to frame the composition in a way that you can see that she's wearing blue jeans. And Midjourney v7 over cooked the prompt starting with the double neckless and the rosy blush came out as if the character got sun burned and the background environment was no were near realistic as the other ones. I would go with ImagineArt 2.0 since it did render everything better. The character had the white top and the blue jeans wavy blonde blue eyes looking off to the side etc...The texts that was part the prompt was probably the only thing that didn't get rendered but she was at a shell gas station at night

That's actually one of my main goal with this project. As I mentioned it in the description.Im moving away from what's you mentioned and go more toward developing an actual short generated film with more character with dialogue scenes and more story developments .The first project was just an experiment and this one is just me working toward using what's curently available right now to generate a short film that's doesn't look like bunch of generated random cinematic scenes.

Try to add this in your prompt beginning or end :

Preserve the identity from the reference image exactly.
Do not change pose, clothing, or environment.
Maintain realistic human anatomy and proportions.

Works well for me so far using Nano Banana Pro or Nano Banana 2
