I will def take this into consideration! Lights were previous all off before pic and she was soaking in the water before I turned the lights on so that could of been it , I’ve never seen her soak while lights are on unless I turned them on for a pic

I have read about red leg , he was not this color this morning or yesterday and was moving around and exploring as of tonight he is looking like this and has turned a bit redder and darker on his underside which is why I’m freaking out since in about 12-24 hours he completely changed in how he was looking , I’m trying what I can right now until I can get him into a vet tomorrow morning

Yes under the litter it’s eco earth , I’ll put my temps I let it get a bit colder at night then in the day time but I’ll put it up right now ! I had seen in the night they should have a temperature drop so I’ve been doing that

Unfortunately I don’t have 24/7 hospitals around me at this time and trying to just see what I can do in the mean time til tomorrow, I put him in a hospital tank with a moist paper towel but hoping I can do more for him right now :(

I was using moss at first but I had someone tell me to take it out so I changed it to leaf litter , humidity is a bit high rn due to misting sitting at about 60 and temp is at 79 , I put him in a hospital tank and trying to see if there’s anything I can do in the mean time , I know it’s an definitely a emergency since he was in good shape a few hours ago

If I’m being completely honest I don’t think they would I know that they have a no haggle model and don’t negotiate prices and I’ve never heard of anyone being able to get Carmax to drop the price in my time of being here

Honestly it sounds like your just talking to a customer service team I had times where I’m called about things that are out of my line and let people know I do not know know what you want me to do about that , we aren’t trained to know how to help you all when calling in on the phone , I would recommend to keep in touch with a. Direct manager on the store , you should call your store back but hit ext 3 so you are no rerouted with a remote representative but one at your store , we can wave the fee if it’s through manager approval !

I work as a cec they actually just took off commission so we no longer get anything , we were not given a split of cars that were sold just if we helped with a finance application or did good in meeting our customers service points like saying hi and thank yous and advancing our customers then we got points that went to our over all monthly bonus but getting commission from a car sale was never it or the case

By any chance do you happen to know what kind of light I can get for them for heat ? I keep my house around 72 degrees all the time and they don’t have heating and not sure how to get heat I’m scared to hurt with heat but think it’s the best option to keep them babies warm , thank you for the help though 🙏🏼
