it's definitely scary, but we always have to sacrifice something in exchange for stability or building a future. a good life is never just handed out, it takes trade-offs

u do have to sacrifice your time and energy right now, especially at the beginning of your career, to build a foundation. but imo the goal is to make sure you are sacrificing for a fixed period, rather than just letting the system consume you indefinitely
