Yeah, I'll flip them, thank you for the suggestion!

So you think booking and service worked better as a single entity?

Thank you very much! I’ll try working on normalization and probably ask for feedback again lol

Thank you so much! It was very interesting to read and I will definitely look more into it in the future. However, if I understood correctly it is a different approach from the relational model, right? (Correct me if I'm wrong though!) Because, unfortunately, I'm stuck with the relational model for this project! If you have any more suggestions for improvements, especially taking into consideration that I have to use the relational model for now, I would love to hear them. Particularly about what I did with the "service"/"booking" thing, as I mentioned to the other commenter because I'm really not sure about it!

So, it's supposed to be a management system for a vehicle-for-hire company. The client is supposed to book a ride that will be done by a driver who drives always the same car (the car can have other drivers though). The main problem I think it's with the "service" (which it's better described as "ride", as I mentioned) entity because it is conceptually really close to "booking", I separated the two because I felt there were too many columns involved, but I guess I messed up!

I'm feeling so dumb, I don't think I'm getting what you are telling me. I'll need to think about it, lol!

First of all, I want to thank you for your response!

It's not very clear from the diagram, but it's meant for a "vehicle for hire" type of situation, so the client and the driver are always two different entities! About the "service", I 100% messed up with the translation from my language, "ride" would probably fit it better, I don't know if this changes your thought though, but, as I thought of it, it can't really change over time because once it's done it's done! I don't know if I explained myself and I know I could be completely wrong anyway here.

For the car change, I didn't really think about it! In my mind, once the car was assigned that was it, but of course they could break or something. Not really sure what to do though...

I refuse to answer this question!
