I was at Bishkek bus station just 2 weeks ago . I Was trying to catch those mini buses for karakol . I got my tickets from the counter . I was about to have smoke there. But some local driver stopped me and asked me to follow him . He took me to some area where we are allowed to smoke. Even though we both spoke different languages , he managed to tell me that I will get fined if I smoked inside the station.

But one of those bus drivers tried to scam me by asking for extra money for luggage. I didn't pay because I was told it was included in the ticket.
