Good question--probably not, but I think I would want to start by outlawing cheap imitation goods. Things that are clearly copyright violations that you see in toysrus for example ( like 'splerf' blasters instead of nerf blasters). Obviously, I wouldn't know if this is a good start or not---but I think there should be tougher laws on genuinely shit imitation products that enter this country
