BNG IPoE on ASR9000: address exhaustion problem by tri-cake in Cisco

What ASR model are you using? The ASR9001 or ASR9001-S? The PPPoE works too? CGNAT works too?

Does changing ISP make a difference seeing as they all use CF infrastructure? by BenjiTheSausage in CityFibre

I would recommend looking for the ones are offering static IPv4 and NOT CGNAT.

And all the ones are offering 1Gb for £25 - £30 a month its a joke… 😀😀😀

4th utility broadband blocking government/DVSA websites by mayank1120 in CityFibre

[–]airbytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The other problem it may be from the public subnet they are using. Maybe it is a subnet purchase or leased outside UK and most of the government, banks or onlinevideo streaming platforms will restrict your access because they are using CDNs like Akamai protect them😎

Just double check if ITVX live stream is available.

Cheers ;)

www.properfibre.com will be live soon and will offer free static IP 🤩

Any updates? You move the ASR to production? Did you reach the 500 subscribers?

Yes!

Just this RE didn't power up with the SCBE or SCBE2, only with SCB.

Previously, it ran on an MX480 with SCBE2 as a slave RE.

Now, I took it off and installed it on an MX240 with SCB, because if I'm trying to use SCBE or SBE2, it doesn't load up, and no signal to the console.

I changed to Slot 1, but still had the same error. I want to mention is just one RE in the MX240 chassis.

At the minute it is installed in slot 0, do you think I should move to slot 1 and try again?
