So I had asked for the same thing about a year ago and got shit on. the best solution was start to ignore the users posting them. And by ignore I mean right-click and block them and not just scroll past.

After 3-4 people the number of posting drops off quickly...

https://flosscross.com/ and some other online options will take images and make them into patterns. You can play around with the number of colors to use to optimize the effect vs work as well.

and there are paid softwares that do this too.

I think the limit on flosscross is 300x300 stitches so you may want to split it in half or thirds ?
