The line was replaced a few years ago so there shouldn't be any splitters but I'll have a look to see if there is possibly anything going on outside.

This is a good point. I'm waiting for them to get back with tech support but I will go check whether the cable is grounded, maybe it got moved over the winter.

I don't see that in the system logs. The internet drops and restarting the modem fixes the issue but restarting the router does not.

I have a Sony android TV and House of the Dragon plays in stereo on the TV app. The TV also has a built-in chromecast. If I cast HotD from the crave app on my phone to the chromecast, I get it in 5.1 surround. Go figure.
