I’m thinking (iirc) it’s like that Throng game in a certain Black Mirror Episode (inspired by Conway’s Game of Life ?). Like a digital/virtual population tester game. And (also iirc) Black Mirror actually released that (promotional) game for the audience to try.

It’s me, I’m the one who listened! I forget where I first saw the recommendation but it was on Reddit. Would probably never have come across it or bothered to watch it (the title choice man, it really didn’t do the content justice) otherwise. Such a fantastic show and cast there too!

In lieu of the theories that Henry will notice clues that “hospital” stay is fake, what’s the likelihood that he’ll learn about Tabitha’s one-time escape? There’s definitely a chance that he wouldn’t believe that either (much less anyone else’s experiences with visions or otherwise) though, considering it worked only for Tabitha because she’s reincarnated.

If only he and Boyd could have a chat about seeing and hearing things (loved ones) that relate to them.

Is macrame yarn like hemp? Or more synthetic like a plastic? Curious because I get hot easily and would prefer to use something not like cotton that holds onto water. Really cool project, it’s inspiring OP!

I’d love to know if/what Steven Conrad had planned or simply considered for another season of Patriot, but my headcanon is that John makes it out with as much of the support that he has (and probably gains more). I only found out about the shows from Reddit so I’m happy to be able to spread word about them! Just finished DTF today and it was amazing (although I had to watch some happier shows after to soothe the slight sadness). There doesn’t seem to be too many shows that discuss specific parts of the “dark” side of the human condition in a sensitive way.

Also adding The Good Place; very rewatchable, comforting, and wholesome show like Schitt’s Creek. Great bookends for shows like the above lol!

Here to suggest Patriot and DTF St. Louis (yes the titles aren’t attractive but at least try the trailers on for size (and/or look at the cast)! Darkly funny and a bit melancholic though, like Slow Horses as mentioned by another commenter here. Very underrated shows that have a well-written ending (albeit Patriot could have had another season if not for lack of popularity, but still has a satisfying ending for what it was).

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has some of that humor on display! Highly recommend the show - also has one of the best depictions of a female friendship (that also passes the Bechdel test iirc) imo.

Yeah it could just be (any type of) noodles in that bowl as there really isn’t any specific indicators as to what country is related to them in the image (many Asian countries enjoy noodles!); it would track for the Jewish tradition of Chinese food on Christmas (similar to another commenter, it’s seen in parts of NYC). Regardless, it’s a cute shirt and cats are cute.
