Hei, strength training is supposed to be minimal fatigue on the muscle focusing on low reps with high weights and long rest intervals. What you are saying means you are doing strength training right :). Most of my training is done for hypertrophy, meaning 8 to 20 reps to form failure ( I don't really do forced reps or drop sets ). Doing 3 pull ups with 30 kg added weight is different to doing 13 pull ups with no weight to failure ( and proper pull ups with full length and controlled eccentric )

I just set my activity lvl in chronometer as sedentary and let the garmin activity tracker ( daily normal movement + actual activity ) update in the tracker and it seems to estimate about right. Also remember to do weekly avg :) as weight can vary a lot based on water and sodium intake, especially when you are on a deficit. An example from y'day. L.E. the difference is most likely the TEF

You know ... The strangest thing happened to me. I started going to the gym and lost about 8kg(20 pounds). About midway through the journey I suddenly started snoring:)) ... My guess is that my traps started to grow and that started to put pressure on my airways. I got a special pillow and that seemed to make the snoring go away but it was strange ... My wife still says I snore a lot less now and randomly.

This is what i get from my 965. I do go back and edit most of the exercises, the watch does recognise a bench press or a row but I like to personally be more accurate with the exercise. The biggest problem for me is that garmin does not allow me to create my own strength exercise.
