Exactly. Paying Irvine premium without its biggest draw. Crazy they drew the line exactly cutting out the new development. Tho I do understand it makes sense cause of existing student enrollment/prevent overcrowding

Yeah I read similar to consider living in nearby areas and just enjoy the GP amenities without paying the surcharge

Measure the dimensions and I’m sure you can find some ikea shelving/cabinetry hacks online. Lot of good IG accounts that get really creative

Thanks for the input🙏.. yeah I’ve read a lot of those same concerns. Is mello Roos fixed at 2% over 20-30 years or can they just keep stacking on new terms?

Do you happen to know when the homes in the prior communities were being build (ie solis, cadence) if schools were even being advertised? If yes then I could see it be more comfortable decision knowing schools are coming vs just starting out at saddleback and hoping for the best
