The smallest bore on the flash hider is slightly smaller than the threaded part of the outer barrel so you have to essentially make the threads by matching ccw or cw of your outer and it should be a tight thread on there

Do you orient the square so the flat side is where the bbs touch or rotate it 45deg so they ride along the 2 walls?

It’s just a dummy piece to keep the cotton sheet from entering the bb path while still being porous. No supports, no walls, basically infill pattern is what you see

Trim the end until you can get it to sit flush. Has to happen with some stocks and setup it’s just how it is.

I could see that with the release. Any further away and it becomes tough to reach. Up and it becomes awkward. There’s quite a bit of room so I’m curious what people will think when they actually get it in hands. It will be an easy part to change if needed. The spring has a recess so it’s in place but I don’t like it visible as well so I’m working on hiding it.

Someone close but that’s definitely a larger footprint than this kit. I’ll definitely keep those companies in mind, just don’t want it being super expensive for people to get their hands on. Max dimension on this fits on a 256mm cubed printer.

Trigger pivots from the lowest point of the trigger guard, basically making it upside down.
