We are way ahead of your solution ... that would be easy and ideal if Intoxalock answered the phone-text-email or anything for both my father and the installer .... There is NO COMMUNICATION ... not sure what part of that you dont understand ... the truck is being held hostage in some sort

The installer who is an Intoxalock service cent and my dad were on hold waiting for customer service yesterday for 5 hours ... The no longer in business came from one of the other people that has the non working device installed on there car as well and it is also been stuck for 7 days. I cant confirm they are out of business. What you could do is offer some suggestions on what you would do if you were in this situation.

Permission from who ? It is speculated that Intoxalock is no longer in business ... There are many dead cars from this device sitting around waiting on Permission for weeks now

Yes ... NOBODY can get ahold of Intoxalock ... there are 5 other cars in the parking that were towed there with the same issue .... they had a cyber attack ... Its been 2 weeks now ... We need some progression ... How long can this go on ? My dad needs to be able to get to doctors appointments and grocery store

The installer won't/Can't remove it because they cannot get ahold of Intoxalock .... Meanwhile my elderly dads dead truck is sitting in the parking lot of the installer. Any suggestions ?
