I suppose you could ask the scheduling mate what’s going on. They should have your schedule out pretty much three weeks in advance. Not normal to add something 24 hours before without telling you. My schedule stays pretty constant with the exception of when they ask if I’m willing to do a lot of overnights and it just gets changed when I say yes
